Wildlife Volunteer Program

Volunteer With Animals In Australia!

Looking at volunteering with Australian animals? The Rainforest and Wildlife international Volunteer Program is for you!

Live and work in sunny Cairns and Kuranda Village and enjoy working across three of The CaPTA Group’s iconic wildlife parks: Cairns ZOOM and Wildlife Dome, Rainforestation Nature Park and the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary. Make friends from across the world, embrace the local lifestyle and make a genuine impact on the community and environment.

The majority of your experience volunteering with Australian Animals will be at Rainforestation Nature Park, an iconic attraction in Kuranda, just 30 minutes from Cairns. The park is home to the Koala & Wildlife park, which has Tasmanian Devils, Koalas, Kangaroos, Dingoes, Crocodiles, a Cassowary and more!

You will also spend time at the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, which is Australia’s largest butterfly sanctuary, and Cairns ZOOM and Wildlife Dome, a high ropes course within a wildlife park situated on the top of the city’s casino!
