We particularly love the options with local Marsh’s Butcher bacon …. mmmmm!!
Candy is easy to spot along Grafton Street, with bright green hedges out the front and a funky themed interior. Their meals are good sized and full of flavour, and their juices are the perfect accompaniment!
Known for its generously-sized meals (check out the Breakfast Burrito), Lillipad is perfect for those with an appetite.
It’s often busy, so you might have to wait for a table … but we promise you, it’s worth it!
Tucked away in an arcade between Grafton Street and Lake Street, Snoogies Health Bar has been in Cairns for 11 years.
If you’re looking for healthy options that will keep you full for hours, you need to check them out. They have vegan options, raw food options, and even sauerkraut!
Tiny’s is another great option for the health-conscious. Located further down on Grafton Street, it’s a favourite for city workers and visitors to our region. They also do great coffee!
The Orchid Plaza food court has a few Asian cuisine gems, and Corea Corea is definitely a standout.

Their chefs are from all over China, and create incredible dishes, using local live seafood and local ingredients. Cafe China is always a solid bet!
