Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome, the world’s first wildlife park with a Challenge Ropes Course, has been awarded a TripAdvisor Excellence Award for 2015.

The award recognises tourism and hospitality businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. Cairns ZOOM and Wildlife Dome has maintained an overall rating of four out of five stars or above over the last twelve months.

Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome Manager Michael Bowley said the award reinforced the attraction’s commitment to exceeding their visitors’ expectations, and the increased focus over the last six months of making the park bigger and better.

“We are really excited and proud to be recognised for our consistently high ratings on TripAdvisor,” he said.

“We aim to provide our visitors with a unique experience and outstanding levels of service, and this award is a direct reflection of the hard work of our staff.”

TripAdvisor select the award recipients based on review ratings, overall ratings of the attraction, and the quantity and recency of reviews.

“TripAdvisor is the go-to review site for travellers around the world, so to have our visitors share their positive experiences is fantastic,” he said.

With the recent addition of the Pirate Climb and Commando Rope Climb, Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome is continuing to enhance visitors’ experiences at the attraction and within the Cairns region.
